Note, when you purchase a membership from a
private party you are still required to pay for the
annual dues if they have not already been paid as
well as the transfer fee. So for example, if you
purchase a membership for $1600, you must pay
the additional $550 for annual dues and $50 for
the transfer fee, so the total would be $2100.
With the purchase of a membership from the
Hacienda pool, there is no transfer fee and the
first years dues are waived, so it is only $2000
total.
